Overview
Due to the personal, hygiene, and body care nature of our handmade goat milk artisan soaps, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on bars once they have been shipped, handled, or unsealed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in wrapping and shipping your artisan goods. If you package arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong scent or item:
- Timeframe: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at our contact form or directly at hermososoaps@hermososoaps
- Required proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged soap or incorrect soap scent and the shipping box that it arrived in.
- Resolution: We will review your claim promptly. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Goat milk soap contains natural fats, essential oils, and botanicals. Please review full ingredient lists on our product labels prior to puchase. We are not responsible for skin sensitivites or allergic reactions, and refunds will not be issued for individual ingredient reactions.
